► Presentation of the future status of nurses in general care of the Centre for Social Action of the City of Paris

The status is taken in reference to decree establishing the status 2010-1139 nurses in general care of the public hospital. Deadline for right of option A or B set to 30/04/2011. To date over 278 IDE: 22 opted for category A and 17 for category B.

Passage of the CSAP 11/03/2011, retroactively as of 1/12/2010.

► P o administrative secretaries

To date, the statute has not been presented, it would follow the public service of the State in reference to the 2010 decree -302 19 March 2010.

Passage of the CSAP 11/03/2011, 01/04/2011 of effect.

► P o SMS (medical secretaries and social)

The current status is aligned with the public hospital.

Reference texts for the public hospital is not published to date, the City of Paris and studying CASVP 2 tracks so far:

1. await publication of the decree of the FPH and delaying reform Class B for SMS
2. align that body in reference to Decree 2010-302 of 19 March 2010 fixing common statutory provisions applicable to the bodies of administrative secretaries of state administration and some similar body under Decree No. 2009-1388 of 11 November 2009 laying down common statutory body to various officials in Category B of the Public Service of the State.

CGT Comment:

The CGT has called on management of rapid communication CASVP a comparison of the current benefits system SMS with that of a body aligned with the decree 2010-302.

Without this comparison, the CGT can be positioned.

28/02/2011, at the next meeting of unions and the leadership of the CSAP CASVP pre 3/11/2011 one of two scenarios will be stopped.

The future status is arrested and will be communicated quickly (see the communication on this subject of the CGT) . The body and CASVP City will be merged.

The City Council is awaiting the publication of texts to the local government service.
