The CESU (universal service employment paycheque)
Extension to children 3 to 6 years?
CESU The childcare is open to officers CASVP having one or more dependent children, aged 0-3 years included, at the time of application (see Communication from the CGT CASVP about it on the site of the CGT CASVP.)
The CESU care child aged 3 to 6 inclusive, accessible for state officials was not transposed to the City of Paris or the Centre for Social Action of the City of Paris .
The current configuration of many services the opening night on Saturday ... asking for more officers without pay in return is not subject to any consideration of compensation for social help the personal level for child care for their young children whose costs are compounded.
CGT by letter dated 10.02.2011 asked the Mayor of Paris kindly proceed the extension of the CESU (universal service employment paycheque) to children aged 3 to 6 inclusive.
Given the weakness of the budget devoted to social work and especially CASVP (0.41% of payroll), it is legitimate that this benefit be extended to agents with one or more dependent children, aged March to June inclusive.
no legal impediment to the implementation of Social Action Center of the City of Paris, there is just a political will to help officers parents of young children or not.
