● Negotiations bas salaires au Centre d'Action Sociale de la Ville de Paris

release from Director General dated 09/02/2011

The Mayor of Paris called into negotiations with social partners, especially regarding the salaries of officers who receive the lowest wages in a government context freezing point index of officials and elongation careers.
The negotiations, at the City of Paris and which CASVP unions were able to attend, have resulted in several meetings since early December 2010 and led in particular to the following decisions:
1 * 1 The IAT will be increased on average from
€ 200 net per year for staff in category C up to 388 and IB agents Class B to IB 380 ;;
€ 100 net per year for staff in category C located between IB 388 and IB 413.

2 The monthly PSA will be raised from 18 to 20 € and the net number of beneficiaries will be extended to officers whose index is equal to or less than 340 cons 323 IB above.

3 The annual APS will be revalued by 8% for each tranche, ie:

to IB 499: 240 € to 260 € raised net
IB 500 to 638: 215 € brought to € 232 net
IB 639 to 801: 100 € to 108 € worn anywhere.

These measures go beyond the effect of freezing the index points for the agents involved and will take effect on payroll in June 2011.
From the beginning of these negotiations it was clear that these measures decided by the Mayor of Paris, President of the Board of CASVP, obviously apply to agents of CASVP. Also, the revaluations described above will be implemented in organizations and CASVP union will soon be invited to discuss the terms of this transposition.

* These increases will occur according to the rules IAT1 within regulatory limits.

Lavra BRETECHE
Director General

CGT Comment:

CASVP The negotiations on the transposition will open on 2 March 2011, Mr. News Director General does not tell us how these provisions will be implemented especially for staff whose statutes are aligned with the Public Hospital (aides, SMS ...) and agents of Title IV.
